Mayank Jain is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and started his practice in 2011. He is founder of JainMittal & Co. He has seven years of experience in Indirect Taxation. During his work tenure he hashandled assessment cases, refunds, demand settlement for both Income Tax and Sales Tax.Also hehas worked with S.P Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants where he has conducted statutory audit and routine audits of many organizations, he has worked as an audit lead in audits of companieslike NCAER and FenaPvt.ltd. He has also worked in IBM India Pvt. Ltd. as a Financial Analyst wherehe was involved in Financial Analysis and Forecasting.
He possess good knowledge on IFRS and IndAS and also attended Institute’s classes on IFRS and attended seminars on IFRS.
He has also compiled a book on GST published in October 2016 which contains GST law through tables, charts and other diagrammatic representation for easy understanding of the reader. He has done Certificate Course on GST conducted by ICAIand also teaching Indirect Taxation (GST) in various coaching institutes in Delhi. He is also a part of Carrier Counseling Committee of ICAI where he is involved in taking carrier counseling sessions for students of various school of Delhi, Besides this he is also engaged in research of GST and also giving many free workshops on the topic.
