Registration Process for Company

Acquire DSC

DSC is digital signature is ensure the security of documents. DSC is signature on the documents submitted electronically. Following documents are required for DSC.

– Pan Card of applicant.
– Aadhar Card of applicant.
– Photographs of applicant.
– Contact Details of applicant.

File RUN(Reserve unique name) form

In RUN form is Company’s name availability form in this form. We have to file this form with 2 names of company as per preference with prescribed fee.

Spice INC- 32,33(MOA),34(AOA)

After name approval an application for incorporation has to be made with registrar.

Following document are attached with spice form.

-Form INC-9 (Declaration from subscriber and first director)
-If the subscriber and director does not have DIN then proof of identity and residential address proof has to be attached.
-Interest of first director in other entity.
-MOA/ AOA
-Copy of utility bill not older than 2 months.
-Proof of registered office address.

Form Philip and Form 3

After name approval an application for incorporation has to be made with registrar in Form Phillip

In addition to that a Form 3 has to be filed for LLP after its incorporation submitting LLP agreement to MCA.

Annual Compliances related to Company/LLP

It Includes Filing of Annual return in form MGT-7,AOC-4 for company on annual basis on
timely basis to ensure that a company is full compliance by a registered company.
