MSME Registration

MSME is micro small and medium enterprises. If a company is in the manufacturing line or service line for both case MSME registration is required this registration is not mandatory.

Following documents are required for MSME Registration.

• Rent Agreement along with NOC / Electricity Bill.
• Copies of Sale Bill and Purchase Bill.
• Partnership Deed/ MoA and AoA.
• Copy of Licenses and Bills of Machinery Purchased.

There are no registration fees required for this process.

Custom Registration

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR IMPORT EXPORT CODE(IEC):

1) Application form 2A.
2) Documents in case of company/firms:
• Copy of PAN card of Firm/Company.
• Copy of cancel cheque of Current bank account.
• Copy of rent agreement or Electricity bill of premises.
3) Documents in case of individual person :
• Copy of PAN card.
• Copy of voter id,Adhar card and passport.
• Copy of cancel cheque of current account.
4)Digital share certificate (DSC).

Society Registration

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR SOCIETY REGISTRATION:
1) Pan card of all the members of the societies.
2) Residential proof of all the members which is attested by gazatted officer with proper seal i.e. Bank statement /Aadhar card /utility bill/driving license/passport.
3) Memorandum of Association is require which contains following details:
a) Mention the objective of the society .
b) Details of the members of the society .
c) Mention the address of the registered office of the society.
4) List of all the members of the society along with their signatures.
5) Rent Agreement and No objection certificate (NOC) for registered office of society given by the owner of the premises .
6) Form A Application for registeration of society.
7)A copy of the resolution authorising a member of the committee of the registered society to sign the application on behalf of the society.
8) Affidavit no.1 regarding ownership and NOC for the registered office of the society which should be attested by notary.
9) Affidavit no. 2 regarding desirous persons not related to each other and name of society is not identical or reassembles to any other registered/non registered society which should be notarized.

-TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR TRADEMARKS:

In case of individuals & sole Proprietorship:

• Copy of the logo, preferably in black & white (Optional). In case logo is not provided, the trademark application can be filed for the word.
• Signed FormTM-48 is a authorization from the applicant to a Trademark Attorney for filing the trademark application on his/her behalf.
• Identity Proof of the individual or Proprietor i.e pan card /adhaar card/voter id card .
• Address Proof of the individual or Proprietor i.e electricity bill.

IN CASE OF PARTNERSHIP/LLP/COMPANY:

• Copy of logo.
• Signed Form TM-48 is a authorization from the applicant to a Trademark Attorney for filing the trademark application on his/her behalf.
• UdyogAadhar Registration Certificate in case of (MSME).
• Incorporation Certificate or partnership deed(in case of LLP OR COMPANY)
• Identity proof of applicant and company/LLP/Partnership-Pan and Adhaar.
• Address proof of applicant and company/LLP/partnership i.eNoc/Rent agreement/electricity bill copy.
